Overview of Holland Park Gate

Holland Park Gate stands as a symbol of luxury living in the heart of Kensington, West London. This mixed-use development has transformed the site of the former Odeon cinema into a remarkable residential area, featuring 106 exquisite apartments, a private spa, wellness facilities, and even a multi-screen cinema. Each element of this project has been meticulously designed to cater to the modern lifestyle, making it a premier destination for urban living.

Groundworks and Drainage Package Execution

The Complete Group was honored to be awarded the groundworks and drainage package for this ambitious project. As the main contractor for phase 1, we have undertaken the design and construction of 61 super-prime residential units, including five luxurious penthouses. This phase also includes the construction of essential facilities such as a new basement, office space, and a state-of-the-art cinema.

Creating a Modern Landmark

One of the most significant achievements of our execution has been the completion of the four-storey site-wide basement, which houses shared resident facilities and six boutique cinemas open to the public. The architectural design of Holland Park Gate pays tribute to its historical roots, with a façade that beautifully re-creates the original cinema entrance. The contemporary stonework, reminiscent of heavy curtains, enhances the site’s aesthetic appeal, establishing Holland Park Gate as a modern landmark while preserving its rich history.
